Job Description:
Norway based software Development Company, a leader in developing mobile applications for the hospitality industry, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to help drive a wide variety of sales and re sellers partnerships to generate business. If you are passionate about the software for hospitality industry and want to play a key role in identifying, sourcing and closing deals across a broad range of leading hotel chains, restaurant chains, this is a great position for you.You will be responsible for the achievement of sales goals. Formulate sales strategy and develop sales forecast, budget. Plan, direct and monitor the activities of a sales team within a specified geography, product line or market segment to achieve established sales targets.Lead sales function for assigned territory. Direct sales force to achieve sales targets. Pursue major prospects and lead in major negotiations.Develop sales plans, activities and campaigns and manage the day-to-day activities of a sales team in order to implement the organizations overall sales strategy for an assigned geography, product line, market segment, or list of customer accounts.Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas; and adapt procedures or re-allocate resources to improve the overall performance of the sales team. Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organization.Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing and distribution strategies for area of responsibility. Coach sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organizations products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets.

Fulfill the entire sales process including prospecting new business; set conferences, client expectations across the digital portfolio. Coordinating and executing client engagements involving all products and services.
Initiate sales process by pro-actively scheduling appointments, making initial presentations, develop understanding of customer’s business needs and present proposals.
Respond efficiently to inquiries with appropriate information about Company’s products and services.
Pro-actively contact potential clients to quantify their requirements and budgets and explain how our services can meet or exceed their requirements.
Extensive prospecting through research, networking, and cold calling.
Identify new markets, and assess opportunities for content syndication.
Maintain accurate up-to-date business pipeline and forecasts.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of quotations and proposals.
Regular follow-up on proposals and quotations submitted with concerned prospects/clients.
Be vigilant on competition moves and offers.
Expand sales by taking new customer on board by introducing additional solutions and service.
Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from customers.
Should be able to achieve targets of Sales per month
Skills Required:
Experience of selling Software & IT Products
Good understanding of Software sales process and business model (compulsory)
Excellent Communication skills (compulsory)
Strong presenter
Create and maintain Strong links with strategic clients
Excellent Time management skills
Minimum 2-4 years’ experience as a Sales Manager
Minimum of 2 years software sales experience to major companies.
Knowledge of IT software Windows, Office, Web, and related tools.
Experience with Software based company.
